Sorry VaultAvaenger I missed your comment,I am using Win Style Builder version 1.5, it's about the best way to do it I think, although Restorator still comes in handy and of course Photoshop.
hi, i've noticed that you've made a windows 7 theme. i have been trying to make a theme as well i've been using vista style builder 1.4 (aka win7 style builder) once i make a theme and restart my computer it won't let me get passed the login screen when i tried to use the theme i made. if you have a hip or anything that might help it would be greatly appreciated
